The prices displayed on the website are an average per night per person until a rate is selected.  Any meals and service are included only if specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the website, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary.The online Pre-booking services They are for information only, and their sole purpose is to offer the user the possibility of checking the availability of a room. The user will receive an email within 24 hours, confirming if their booking has been processed. The user must verify the booking confirmation and notify the Riad of any error immediately by mail.
PaymentWe accept the following methods of payment: American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. We may also choose to accept payment with cash, bank transfer and Paypal.The name on the credit card used to book has to correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used to book will be requested on arrival to verify that the details given are correct.At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorize the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us.  We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the booking includes the supply of certain items or services.Perlekech Riad & Spa shall retain the details of the user's bank card during the period necessary, and for the sole purpose to verify that the additional costs incurred by the user after having completed the check-out are completely covered at the time of check-out.To revoke this consent, the user may contact Perlekech Riad & Spa management or by the following email contact@perlekech.com.Damage In the event that Perlekech Riad & Spa can prove that the user has committed fraudulent practices relating to the use of the bank card for payment of the services provided, the Riad reserves the right to initiate any legal action that rightfully applies.Perlekech Riad & Spa reserves the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit/debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Riad during your stay.During your stay the Riad’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room. If the cost of those incidentals exceeds the authorization taken on check-in, further authorization will automatically be requested and if such authorization is not available, we may request another method of payment, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.Cancellation costsNo charge will be made to your credit card if cancellation is made more than 24h prior to the day of arrival at the Riad. If cancellation is made during the 24h prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card. In "no cancellation" bookings, the amount charged is non-refundable, but with the possibility of rescheduling.Cancellation Policy
If Perlekech Riad & Spa is unable to provide the contracted rooms for operational or safety reasons, it shall offer the user the option of a complete refund of their payment or substitution for something similar in terms of category or quality. If due to substitution, the service is of an inferior category or quality, Perlekech Riad & Spa must refund the difference.Force MajeureThe Riad accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation when the performance of its obligations is affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances including flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, computers or any collapse of building structures.We will attempt to keep all Riad guests informed of these circumstances, however, this may not always be possible. If any facility is a significant reason for your choice of Riad, we would advise you to check the availability directly with the Riad, in advance of arrival.

Check-in / Check-out 
RequirementsIn the interests of security, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference, their passport/identity and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped.The identity may be requested for each member of your family over the age of 6 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, guests may check-in at any time from 14h00 on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12h00 noon. After this time the Riad reserves the right to charge an additional fee or move guests’ belongings to the baggage claim.Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability.Rooms are subject to maximum occupancy rules set by the Riad. Policy on minors
Extra beds are available in the Riad. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.Minors under the age of 18 hosted in the Riad must be accompanied by their parents or other duly authorized adults. Riad staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as parents/teachers of authorized persons.For health and safety reasons, children under 15 are not permitted to use the pool, terrace and spa without adults.
A children activities is available at the Riad. That arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. We have activities and workshops for children and teenagers at additional cost.Parking Perlekech Riad & Spa has car access to the door. There is a private park near the Riad.Guest Behaviour  Guests are requested to conduct themselves, friends and family appropriately at all times and to comply with the Riad's procedures with regard to conduct and respect for its property, its employees and guests and their health and safety.Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or remove you and members of your group from the Riad. If this happens, we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
No Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms, toilets or public areas of the Riad. In case of transgression, Perlekech Riad & Spa reserves the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Riad.Pets  No pets are allowed in the Riad.Limitation of Liability 
 Valuable objects left outside the safe are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Riad will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Riad. The company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract.Items that the customer has left behind are kept for 3 months, and are only forwarded at the customer’s request, taking himself the risk.Governing Law and Jurisdiction  The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by Morocco laws.The Websites are operated by the Riad.The users, in order to improve the service and establish optimum levels of quality can make suggestions for changes and criticism that they consider to be useful by contacting the Riad management or the following email address: contact@perlekech.com.

 Recommendations to guests

• When leaving the room, make sure you have closed the door and windows. Assets and valuables must be kept closed in the room safe. Valuable items left outside the safe are the sole responsibility of their owner;
• The Riad will only be responsible for values confined to the custody of the Management;
• For safety reasons, common areas are monitored by surveillance cameras;
• Only one access key will be provided per room. If the key is lost, notify the front desk immediately;
• Bring to the attention of the Management any irregularities occurring in the premises of the Riad, so that the necessary measures are adopted;
• If an employee of the Riad is indelicate and does not respond correctly, please inform the Management, which will take immediate action;
• The Riad takes no responsibility for outside services, such as taxis, restaurants and sightseeing tours. The entry of couriers and service providers requested by customers is prohibited. The customer must be present for order intake;
• The Riad strongly recommends the exclusive use of bottled drinks and cooked meals during your stay in Marrakech.

 Customers cannot   

• Cook in the bedrooms. Bringing food not considered as snacks is forbidden. Drinks and food brought from outside the Riad's common areas are not permitted;
• Use henna paintings. You will face a fine for damaging linens and towels, according to the applicable sanctions table;
• Use linens and towels for other purposes. If the dirt detected on these linens indicates some sort of misuse, a replacement fee will be charged;
• Remove laundry or other items of Riad's property from the bedroom, which is considered theft and punishable by fines;
• Have practices of alcohol abuse or illegal activities, such as the use and possession of weapons or objects/substances prohibited by law. In these cases, the Riad reserves itself the right to expel such clients.
