The guest is free to cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
In case of cancellation during this period of 21 days prior to the arrival date, a charge equivalent to the price of the first night will be applied. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be required.
In addition, advance payment of the first night's price is required during the 21 days prior to the arrival date.

After this period, 1000% of the stay and the contracted products will be charged if you cancel or modify. If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay 100% of the amount of the reservation.

Payment: Cash (Euros), Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer. Hotel Mirador del Sella accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before check-in.
Dogs (up to 15kg): Pets are allowed in the rooms located in the first floor and the Junior Suite with terrace - subject to hotel confirmation and under an additional supplement (20€).
Baby cot: can be added to superior, deluxe and junior suite rooms, subject to availability and for a supplement of 15€/night.
Extra bed: subject to availability. They can be added to superior, deluxe and junior suite rooms for a supplement of 30€/night.
Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. In case of smoking on the premises there will be an additional charge of 250€ for cleaning and odor removal.
Minimum check-in restriction: 18 years old.
