Inspired Shelter for the Spirited Wanderer
CampV was originally established in 1942 by the Vanadium Corporation to house the engineers who worked in the uranium mines outside of Naturita, Colorado. In 2020, this historic gem was restored by StudioVille Crew to welcome wanderers to a remote and scenic corner of SW Colorado.
Beautiful with a tiny bit of dirt under the fingernails and 120 acres to explore, travelers can sleep well in one of the newly reimagined historic cabins, glamping tents, airstreams or camp spots.

Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Terms and Conditions
Upon booking, we will charge one night + tax to your credit card. Bookings are not confirmed until your card has been charged and a CampV confirmation has been sent. :)
Check-in letters will be emailed 24 hours from your arrival. Be sure to check your inbox for arrival information and door codes for our cabins.

Cancellation Policy
Things happen.... Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $25 cancellation fee ($10 for Camping + RV). Please notify our team in writing at stay@campv.com if you have a change of plans. All reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to your arrival. The credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance and our team will send arrival instructions. If we are unable to charge the card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Please contact our team if you have a special circumstance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Dogs
Well behaved furry friends are allowed in our designated dog friendly dwellings - be sure to add the $25 per night fee when booking or let us know. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Damage to the dwelling and/or property brought on by animal behavior will be the responsibility of the owner. Any damages will be the responsibility of the reservation holder and charged to the card on file. Other pets must be approved upon request.

We want to host your special birthday, wedding or any reason to celebrate, but these special occasions must be approved and will require a separate agreement + terms and conditions.

Food + Beverage
You will be sent a CampV menu in advance for pre-order of local food options.
No outside alcohol is allowed. We have a selection of wine, beer, hard kombucha, champagne and are happy to special order for your stay.

Max Occupancy
Please note the occupancy for each dwelling. The couches are not suitable for extra sleeping space.

No Smoking
Just don't smoke inside - no kind of smoking is allowed in ANY dwellings. There is plenty of space outside to get your smoke on. Rule breakers will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and asked to leave.

Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors while in the course of employment. Our 120 acres have natural features - bring a head lamp at night and use good judgment when using the property. We will charge the card on file for any damage to the property. We believe in leave no trace and ask you to adopt the same beliefs when at V.
