Room Rates
• Rates are based on per room per night and inclusive of 5% service charge and 7% VAT.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Rates are for FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and not applicable for group reservations (10 or more rooms), Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions. Please contact info@monteinhouse.com for reservation with 10 or more rooms.
• Rates on 31st December are inclusive of a Gala dinner for two people.
Extra Person & Child Policy
• In the case of reservations for 2 Adults + 2 Children (0-11 years old), the children can stay in addition to the standard occupancy without adding extra beds or cribs.
• Extra bed is 800 THB per bed per night.
• Guests 12 years old and up are considered as adults.
• Additional breakfast is 300 THB per adult per day.
• Additional breakfast for child age 6 - 11 is 200 THB per day.
• Additional breakfast for child age 0 - 5 is free of charge.
