Reservation Policy
- Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.
- We will charge your credit/debit card on the day of your arrival. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit.
- We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
- A valid Photo ID is required at Check-In.
- You must present the card you used to book at check-in to validate the booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking should we suspect the booking to be fraudulent.
- We are always here! 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- Late-Checkout: Charged at £25 per hour.
Standard Rates:
- If cancelled within 48 hours of Arrival, there will be no cancellation charges.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: reservations@theswan-ceh.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
- The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- The Swan is strictly a Non-Smoking Hotel. This applies to all forms of smoking methods, including vapes, cigarettes etc.
- Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas and is clearly sign posted.
- Pets are only allowed in the Terrace and not inside the hotel or any of the restaurants or Bars.
- Any damages to the room including but not limited to the beds, furniture, tea/coffee machines, cups, mugs, and all fitted bathrooms units, shower etc will result in a charge to your card.
- Any items reported missing by housekeeping will result in a charge. These include any bathrobes, slippers, premium Glass Water Bottles, etc.
- All amenities in the room are for your pleasure to enjoy and use during your stay, including Tea/coffee capsules, sachets, complimentary water, Bath amenities etc.
- The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to your belongings and it is your responsibility to make sure all your valuables are looked after.
- For your peace of mind, and security, the hotel operates 24 hour cctv surveilance throughout the premises.
- The Swan hotel offers a limited number of parking spaces for free, on a first come first served basis.
- Although we operate state of the art cctv surveilance throughout the hotel, cars parked are at your own risk and the hotel will not accept liability for any theft, vandalism, or loss to the vecle or any posessions in the vehicle.
- Rooms are cleaned and refreshed at check-out only. Should you wish to have your room serviced or turned down, during your stay please leave the door hanger outside indicating the same.
- As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
- CCTV cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the gym/fitness center facilities, where available. If you use the gym/fitness center facilities, you do so at your own risk.
