Matildas is located in Barrio Brasil, Santiago. Heritage historic district declared typical zone in 2009, in which there are different types of cultures and people, in the same way as it was in the beginning of 1900. All those who enjoy urbanity, architecture, atmosphere and history of Santiago Poniente.

Located on the first floor are: The Restobar, to start the morning with a delicious breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine at the evening . Property and Cancellation Policies:
In order to cancel your booking you would have to notify the Hotel reservations in writing at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases the Hotel would charge only the value of the first night of the stay. If the booking was not duly cancelled within the mandated deadlines, in the event of “NO SHOW”, the charge of 100% of the value of the reservation will apply. The special offers and discounted rates, such as the non-refundable reservations,
are exempt from this policy. “NO SHOW” hereby refers to bookings that were once confirmed and/or paid for, but for which the guests did not present themselves to claim the accommodation. The non-confirmed pending bookings, bookings over the phone and/or those without corresponding guarantee payments are not included in the system.
For reservations with discounted and non-refundable rates the payment in full (100% of the total cost) is charged upon the confirmation of the booking.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.  In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). 
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately
Terms and Conditions

1.- The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation.

2.- The guest is responsible of registering his arrival, and if they
arrive in a group, the representative will undertake this responsibility, also
providing the originals or valid copies of the required documents.

3.- In order to register, all adult guests will be required to provide
applicable identity cards or valid passports.

4.- The Hotel will deny accommodation to the guest who do not comply
with these requirements and will, at its own discretion,  request
identification of the soliciting guest and those accompanying

5.- For the convenience of all of our guests, pets are not allowed on
the premises of the Hotel.

6.- Firearms are strictly forbidden on the premises of the hotel, so are
any explosives, flammable materials, narcotics and other malicious and/or
dangerous substances.

7- All the material damages and losses caused by the guest to the
property of the hotel, will be subject of charges determined by the Hotel.

Management of the Hotel denies responsibility in any loss of jewels, money,
documents and other objects of value, since safe boxes are provided for the use
of the guests in each room.

9.- Smoking is forbidden on our premises, in accordance with  Law
N°20.660 Paragraph 10° about the smoke-free environments.

10.- Whence abuses of fixtures, furniture and the room in whole are
detected, such as the inappropriate use of tobacco (manifested by
characteristic smell present), el undue use of food and drinks (with resulting
spots left) or any other indication of uses that is beyond the normal and
acceptable, the costs corresponding to the cleaning and repairs of the
fixtures, beddings, furniture articles, as well as any other affected items of
the room, will be charged on top of the due balance for the use of the room.

11.- The check-in time is at 15:00 pm, while the check-out deadline is
12:00 pm leaving the management the right to ask the guest to vacate the room.
If guests stay beyond the permitted time, charges amounting to the half of the
cost of a stay of one night may apply.

12.- All the visits by third parties to the room occupied by guests are
strictly forbidden, except if they are mad with consent of the Management of
the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to request any unauthorized person to
leave the premises immediately.

13.- No guest has the right to pass the rights to accommodation to
another person without prior consent of the Management of the Hotel.

14.- The guest may pay in cash, as well as debit or credit cards. The
hotel reserves the right to accept or deny payment in cheques or personal/business
account transfers.

15.- Loud music and/or noises are not permitted in the rooms or the
premises of the Hotel.

16.- The guests are not allowed to break the order and cause
disturbances to others within the premises of the Hotel, or to use the
electronic current and mechanical devices for purposes other than those for
which they were designed. 

IMPORTAN: It is expected that at the point of making the reservation the
guest understands and accepts the present Internal Regulations of Matildas Hotel
Boutique in their entirety, while agreeing and conforming to all of the
mentioned points.
