En Reserves efectuades dins del termini de 14 dies d'antelació, a l'arribada al CIUDAD CONDAL, sigui com sigui l'import total, l'import de Dipòsit de la Reserva, serà pel total de la reserva, de cada habitació reservada, i no serà reemborsable ni modificable per cap concepte. Si per qualsevol motiu, el dia de la seva arribada no es presentés o no avisés per escrit a info@hostalciudadcondal.com d'un possible retard en la seva arribada, es considerarà com \"NO PRESENTAT\" / \"NO SHOW\", i per tant s'aplicaran despeses de cancel·lació pel 100%, i la seva reserva quedaria cancel·lada, no permetent l'ús pels dies restants.
