Our twin  rooms with pool view are perfect for couples or friends who want their privacy and maximum comfort. With heated floors, ensuit bathroom, flat screen TV, terrace and view over the swimming pool, our rooms will offer you pure relaxation   We have  also 3 types of dorm rooms: 1 for 6, 8 and 12 people. SagresSun Stay - Terms and ConditionsThe company Zonas Dinâmicas, Lda, representing Sagres SunStay - Surfcamp & Hostel shall hereinafter be referred to as "SagresSun Stay", "the company", "we/us", or "theHostel".A) Hostel Rules1 - In case of any damage or loss of the material(s), the client will berequired to pay according to the price/budget established by the enterprise.2 - Guests who purchase the sportspackages:2.1- Are responsible for the use ofthe equipment. In case of loss or damage, they must pay for the equipmentpurchase.2.2- Group lessons must be composedof at least 3 people, otherwise it will be considered a private class, to whichother costs will be applied.3 - Pets are not allowed.3.1- Upon previous consultation, pets may be allowed exclusively in our Studios.4 - It is not allowed to smoke in any closed areas.5- Guests are required to inform usof any food allergies, physical disabilities, or relevant medical conditions. 6 -  It is not permitted to makeloud noise between midnight and 8am. 7 - All guests shall follow the rules for the common spaces, ensuringa respectful and enjoyable environment for all. 8 - Guests must comply with all safety and hygiene norms as directedby the company and local authorities, as well as applicable contingency plansand emergency evacuation rules. These rules will be available on display at thepremises of our Hostel. 9 - The swimming pool is open to all guests at specifichours. Guests who use the swimming pool shall read and comply with the safety& hygiene rules stated at the pool's entrance. 10 -Guests who do not respect the rules may be expelled by Sagres Sun Stay, inwhich case they will lose the right to refunds or cover for additionalexpenses. B)  Reservations and Payments 1 - In order to make any kind ofreservation, we will need to ask for the clients' ID/Passport/Otheridentification document, VAT  number,their home address, mobile number and e-mail address. Occasionally, if needed,other info might be asked as well.2 - A reservation is only effectiveafter the Hostel has given its consent to it, which will happen based onavailability and after receiving the respective payment (through agencies ordirectly at Check-In). The confirmation e-mail will provide the client with aconfirmation code and the respective included services.3 - Guests can pay with debit/credit cards (all kinds except American Express), cashor by Bank Transfer. For the latter to be acceptable, the clients must alwayssend the proof of the transaction before their arrival, so our accountant canconfirm the deposit.4 - To confirm your pre booking, werequest a transfer of 50% of the agreed value, and the remaining 50% will bepayed at the time of Check In. For this to be accepted the clients must sendthe proof of transaction. You will have 5 days to confirm your pre-booking,otherwise it will be cancelled.5 - Sagres Sun Stay reserves itselfthe right to alter the prices advertised in the website without previousnotice.  C)  Rooms and Packages1 - In order to confirm thereservation, a 50% of the agreed value must be payed within two weeks beforethe client's arrival. The financial details will be supplied to the client viae-mail, as a response, after they have filled in our online form in thewebsite.2 - In case of loss or damage to anykeys/key-card provided by the Hostel to the guests, the additional cost of 10€per key and 5 € per key-card will be charged.3 - People under 18-years-old canmake a reservation provided they present a signed document containing theirtutor's (mother/father/family member) express authorization. Reservations byunderage people will only be accepted when accompanied by a person older than18 and for a twin private room/studio. D)Showers1 - Due to our eco-friendlysustainability compromise, each client who purchases at least one night in ourdormitories has one 5-minute shower per day included in their rate.2 - Additional shower time will havean additional cost of 1€ per 5 minutes, which can be acquired through theautomatic machines located at each shower.3 - Safety and hygiene rules must befollowed as directed by the company and staff. E)Check-In & Check-Out1 - Upon arriving, for Checking-In,each guest must fill in an individual registration form where their names, IDnumber and other data will be asked for (you can read more on this in ourPrivacy Policy below).1.1 - However, due to the currentCovid-19 Pandemic situation, the Hostel shall send said registration form viae-mail directly to the client before their scheduled arrival, so they can fillit in digitally and forward it to us; this way we can registrate their data inthe reservation process through minimal personal contact.2 - Check-In time for Dorms and TwinRooms goes from 15h00 until 21h00. 2.1 - Check-In time for Studios goesfrom 15h00 until 21h00. The client will be provided with an access code sent bye-mail, with which they can open a safe containing the key.3 - Check-out time goes from 07h00until 11h00. 4 - The rescheduling of the Check-Outfor the following day (or later days) may be possible upon consultation, alwaysdepending on the availability and agreement on behalf of the Hostel.5 - Checking-Out one or more daysbefore the scheduled date will not imply a refund to the client for thenight(s) and/or breakfast previously paid for. F)Water Sports & Other Activities1 - The Sagres Sun Stay - Surf Camp& Hostel works in partnership with other entities in order to provide ourguests with water sports experiences, such as Surf and Windsurf lessons, amongothers, as well as trekking and bicycle hikes. 1.1 - When guests enroll in a watersport class, they automatically accept the terms and conditions/safety rulesstated by our partners, which will be available for consultation at theHostel's reception.1.2 - Bicycle rental also impliesacceptance of terms and conditions that apply according to our providingpartner.1.3 - During water sports classes theclients must behave according to the rules provided by the instructors, takinginto account theirs and others' safety. Any accidents arising from the clients'non-compliance with directions from the instructors will be excluded from theHostel's responsibility.1.4 - During water sports classes,the guests will be liable for any loss or damage to the materials that is doneintentionally, or results from non-compliance with the instructor's rulesand/or negligence.2 - The Hostel also provides therental of surf equipment.2.1 - Before proceeding with the surfequipment rental, the clients must inform the Hostel whether they have anyphysical disabilities and/or medical conditions that may interfere with theirability to safely practice any water sports. The omission of that informationexcludes the Hostel's and respective partners' responsibility for any eventsthat may follow.2.2 - Upon requesting the surfequipment, the clients must leave a deposit, the value of which will depend onthe kind of equipment being rented.2.3 - Clients must use the rentedequipments with care and good sense. The Hostel assumes no liability as toaccidents involving the client and/or third persons that may happen due tonegligence or wrong use of the equipment by the clients.2.4 - In case of loss or damage tothe equipment, the client will lose the deposit and be charged for therespective remaining value, when applicable. G)InsuranceOur hostel is insured according tothe laws in force.H)Capacity1 - The Hostel will accomodate guestsfrom the same booking in the same room whenever that is possible, which cannotalways be guaranteed.2 - Each Twin Room has the capacityfor 2 to 3 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed depending onavailability and previous consultation.3 - Each Studio has capacity for 2and 3 people respectively. I)Cancellation policies1 - Any cancellations or changes tothe reservations must be communicated to the Hostel via e-mail toinfo@sagressunstay.com , providing your reservation number, first and lastname, and stay dates.2- Clients who book stays in ourDormitories may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduledCheck-In day, in which case no costs will be charged.2.1 - For cancellations done on theday prior to the scheduled Check-In day, the Hostel will charge 50% of thetotal cost for the scheduled reservation.3- Clients who book stays in ourDeluxe Rooms may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the scheduledCheck-In day, in which case no costs will be charged.3.1- For cancellations done on theday prior to the scheduled Check-In day, the Hostel will charge 50% of thetotal cost for the scheduled reservation.4 - Clients who purchase any of thePackages may cancel:4.1 - One month ahead, for a 50%refund (deposit value); or4.2 - Up to two weeks ahead, for a20% refund.4.3 - Cancellation of the Packagewith a notice of one week or less will imply no refund.4.4 - Upon arrival andduring your stay we will not make any refund except in the case of seriousillness or injury.   PERSONAL DATA POLICYName: Zonas Dinâmicas, Lda.Sagres Sun StayVAT: 514 784 040Address: Sítio do Poço               8650-375 Sagres, Algarve – Portugal The type of personal information we collectWe collect some personal informationabout visitors and users of our websites.We aggregate information such as:user names, member names, email addresses, IP addresses, other contact details,survey responses, blogs, photos, payment information, transactional details,tax information, support queries, forum comments, content sent for the website(item descriptions) and web analysis data.
