YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS RESERVATION. ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR BE WITH A PARENT AND PROVIDE A VALID GOVERNMENT ID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. (ID must be sent electronically.)
DEPOSIT: A refundable damage deposit of $150 for standard rooms or $250 for suites will be authorized with your credit card on file. A valid credit card is required and must remain valid through the enter stay at The Lauderdale Boutique Hotel. The photo ID presented at check-in must match the name of the credit card holder. In the event that the office is closed or if a No-Contact-Check-In Procedure is required, a redacted photo of the credit card on file (only showing the last 4 digits) must be sent electronically. Rates are based on double occupancy and there can be no more than two (2) guests per room for King/Queen Bedroom, three (3) guests for Studio Suite, four (4) guests for 1-Bedroom Suite, six (6) guests for 2-Bedroom Suite (additional guest fees may apply in any Suite). Room rates do not include State/Tourist sales tax or hotel service fee. All policies apply to all reservations whether booking directly through the hotel or through a third party.
PARKING: One complimentary parking spot is provided for each room. Additional spots may be available for an additional nightly fee. ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A PARKING PASS. VEHICLES WITHOUT PARKING PASSES WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Due to events surrounding Spring Break and COVID-19, a No Visitor Policy has been instituted for all reservations. All reservations may invite individuals up to the maximum number of guests included in their reservation and must be listed as guests at the time of booking.
Rooms are cleaned and sanitized between guests. Housekeeping services are offered upon request for an additional fee. Please email us at office@TheLauderdaleHotel.com if you would like your room cleaned during your stay. Towel/linen exchanges, trash bags, tissues, etc. may be requested free of charge. Requests made after 12PM will be fulfilled the following day.
No pets are permitted on the property at any time.
Due to fire code regulations, smoking of any kind, candles, or open flames are not permitted in the rooms. Any guest violating these policies will be billed a minimum of $150.00 for clean-up costs and asked to vacate the premises. Please note that any actions that result in an excessive "deep" cleaning for the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Waiver and Release of Liability By Hotel Guests
I (the "Guest") understand that I have rented a room from Lauderdale Boutique Hotel, LLC and it's owners (the “Hotel”). The waiver, release and other representations and covenants set forth herein are given in consideration for the Hotel and the Guest permitting me, my guests and/or my child(ren) or ward(s) to become a guest of the Hotel and occupy one or more of the rented rooms in the hotel. 1. Acceptance of Risk; Release; Indemnification. I am fully aware that there are a number of risks associated with me and/or my child or ward entering on the Hotel property, becoming a hotel guest and/or occupying a room at the hotel, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, including without limitation: (a) I and/or my child or ward or our visitors could contract COVID-19 or other diseases such as the flu or legionnaires disease which could result in a serious medical condition requiring medical treatment in a hospital or could possibly lead to death; and (b) I and/or my child or ward or our visitors will be subject to normal risks associated with staying in a hotel such as physical injuries or even death or loss or damage to personal property, including without limitation, from slips or falls, food poisoning or allergic reaction to food served in the hotel, physical or verbal altercations with hotel staff, City employees, or other guests, electrocution from appliances or equipment within the hotel, terrorist or other violence, theft or vandalism, auto accidents around the hotel, or fires or other disasters affecting the hotel. On behalf of myself, my guests and/or my child(ren) or ward(s) and our heirs, successors and assigns, I knowingly and freely, assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to my my guest's and/or my child(ren)’s or ward’s occupancy of a hotel room and being aguest at the Hotel as described above, and I hereby forever release, waive, relinquish, and discharge the Hotel, along with their officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives, and their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Hotel Representatives”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, and other losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, (collectively, “Damages”) as a result of me, my guest(s) and/or my child(ren) or ward(s) being a guest at the Hotel and occupying a room at the Hotel as described above, including but not limited to those related to the above described personal Injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, and including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of any Hotel Representative or any other person. I further promise not to sue the Hotel or the City or any Hotel Representative, and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all Damages resulting from my, my guest's and/or my child(ren’s or ward’s being a guest or occupying a room at the Hotel.
