Bioma EcoLodge Policies and Information
1. Cancellation Policy
- A 20% deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, by any credit or debit card.
- Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: Full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 29 days in advance: The deposit will not be refunded.
- No-show (without prior notice): The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
2. What’s Included in the Package
- Lodging: Accommodation in a comfortable chalet with forest or river views.
- Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with traditional Amazonian cuisine (beverages not included).
- Ecological Tours: Jungle hikes, canoe rides, wildlife observation, and visits to local riverside communities.
- Bilingual Guide (optional): Available for R$ 400.00 per day (total cost for groups of up to 10 people).
3. Transfer Logistics
Our standard transfer operates daily between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.The journey includes:- A 1.5-hour air-conditioned vehicle ride.
- A 45-minute speedboat ride to Bioma EcoLodge.
- Arrival Transfer: Departs Manaus from 9:00 AM, arrives at Bioma EcoLodge by 12:00 PM.
- Return Transfer: Departs the lodge at 9:00 AM, arrives in Manaus around 12:00 PM.
- Meeting Point: Hotel or airport in Manaus, as confirmed in the reservation.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 9:00 AM
- Check-out: By 9:00 AM (return transfer departs at the same time).
5. Children Policy
- Children up to 9 years old: Pay 50% of the additional guest rate (limit of one child per accommodation).
- Children 10 years and older: Pay the full additional guest rate.
6. What to Bring
- Lightweight, quick-drying clothing, including long-sleeved shirts and pants.
