The hotel mis located in the American Colony, this area was initially a small polygon delimited by Enrique Díaz de León and Chapultepec avenues, and from Mexicaltzingo to López Cotilla streets. Here you can find great examples of porfirian residential architecture. Currently, a large part of the city's social life is concentrated in this neighborhood, due to the large number of restaurants, bars and cafeterias found here.

CANCELACION: Podrá cancelar su reservacion sin costo 24 hrs antes del día de tu llegada, en caso de cancelar dentro de las 24 hrs se cobrara la primera noche y aplicara la politica de cobro como el no show.
No aplican reembolsos por deposito/tranferencias que se realicen para reservar, unicamente se podria cambiar la fecha de estancia siempre y cuando se tenga la disponibilidad.

Terms and Conditions
Early Departure: In case of early
departure, the charge of the remaining nights is established as a penalty, so
there will be no refunds. For early departure, it is requested that 48 hours in
advance to avoid penalty charges.
Days out of the city: In case of leaving the
city and/or spending the night outside the hotel, the rent of the suite will
continue generating the charge even when the room is not physically occupied.
Voucher open at Rame
Hotel Boutique: At the hotel we have a restaurant, bar, mini-bar, gourmet
drawer, spa and other things, which you can consume and charge to your suite.
Therefore, a voucher will be left for the amount of $1,000 as well as to
guarantee damages in the suites. They can be by credit card or cash. At the
time of check out, the balance of the suite that doesnt have any outstanding
balance and/or damage/missing in the room will be corroborated and the voucher
or cash is closed, if you have consumes you can pay with this voucher or
proceed to close it and pay with another payment method.
Prices: The prices stipulated
closing the negotiation include in the final price the 16% Value Added Tax and
the 3% Lodging Tax set by the Government of Jalisco and gives the right to use
the suite, as well as water services, electricity, television, telephone and is
subject as an individual to respect and comply with the internal regulations of
the hotel and common areas. (The Hotel is exempt from problems that may arise
with our external service providers during your stay)
Cleaning service: In order for the Rooms
Division Department to enter the suite to clean it, you will have to leave the
sign on the external knob of the door of your suite on the side where it says
that cleaning service is required. find hanging on the internal doorknob of
your suite, (if you cannot locate the sign, please dial 0 so that reception can
send you a sign), otherwise the room division department will not enter to
clean it anymore that they will understand that you dont want to be disturbed
or dont require cleaning. Cleaning hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Hours within the
facilities: Restaurant 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., Pool from 9:00 a.m. -
10:00 p.m., Check in 3:00 p.m. and Check out 12:00 p.m.(if you not deliver the
suite at the indicated time and you deliver the suite between 1:00 p.m. and
3:00 p.m., we charged half of the stay of the rate that you reserve, if you
leave after 3:00 p.m. we charged for the full night.)
No Smoking: In the event that you
smoke inside the suite in which you are staying, or the suite smells of
tobacco, marihuana or some other narcotic, you will be subject to a fine of
$5,000 pesos.
Parking: The hotel is not
responsible for total or partial damage/loss and/or theft that your vehicle may
suffer inside or outside the hotel.
