Check-in/Check-out:Check-in time – 2:00 pm Check-out time – 12:00 am
Customers must respect hotel rules and regulations, the hotel property and staff, general hygiene, relaxing hours and social behaviour.
Early check-in:In case of early check-in prior to 09:00 am, an extra 100% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill; In case of early check-in from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm an extra 50% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill.
Late check-out:In case of late check-out prior to 06:00 pm an extra 50% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill; In case of late check-out after 06:00 pm an extra 100% charge of a room tariff per night will be added to your accommodation bill.Kindly note that an early check-in or a late check-out are subject to room availability.
Reservation Policy:A pre-authorised valid credit card or bank deposit is required, to confirm the booking.The hotel reserves the right to authorise credit cards or bank deposits prior to arrival, in case of no show - invalid cancellation (See cancellation policy), charges equal to 25% of the total stay. When the reservation equals to one night only, deposit equals to 50% of the whole amount.Accounts must be balanced at the hotel on departure the latest.Credit cards accepted: Visa / MasterCard / MaestroCooperating banks:
Children Policy:Children up to 2 years old share the room with their parents free of charge.
Baby cot for children up to 2 years of age will be provided free of charge. Baby cots must be requested well in advance and are subject to availability.
Children aged 2-12 years old. stay with parents. The stay is free of charge if an extra bed is not required, only breakfast is charged additionally.
Privacy Policy:The hotel requests your personal data exclusively for processing your booking and accomplishing your reservation. Any information given will be used with confidentiality.For this reason, guests’ personal data will be used for the booking process only by our hotel, and to communicate with them regarding their reservations. According to the above, guests authorise Benitses Arches Hotel to use and disclose personal information to associates, or third parties, for administration of services requested.
Smoking policy:To ensure all the guests’ comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. Smoking is allowed only in special areas of the hotel designated for that purpose. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We hope for your understanding.
Lost and Found Policy:Benitses Arches Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Our Front Office offers a safety deposit box facility. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at Benitses Arches Hotel, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found'. Benitses Arches Hotel keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel's guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
General Policy:Benitses Arches Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. Benitses Arches Hotel may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
Housekeeping Service:We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 8AM to 2:00 PM.
