SMOKING
Smoking is Not permitted anywhere inside nor near the entrances of the inn. Violators could face possible charges of $500 - $3,000 for us to clean and restore the room to its original condition, including the necessary days that the room is out of commission for its restoration.
PETS
Pets are Not permitted.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
We do not have differently abled access.
CHILDREN
Although we do allow children, each room is furnished with fine antiques and any damage will be charged to that guest's account. We also are careful to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests. Therefore parents are responsible for discerning their children's suitability for staying here at the inn.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check in time is 3 - 5 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check in or late check out at this time. Please call the inn on the day of arrival to inform us of your estimated check in time or arrange for after hours check in. Check out time is 11 am. Late check out without innkeeper consent will result in additional charges of $25 per half hour past standard check out time, as we require that time to prepare the room for our next guests' arrival.
PARKING
Parking is limited to one spot per room that is booked.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
We regularly accommodate those with a gluten free diet. We are also happy to do our best to accommodate any other dietary restrictions, but please note this requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for us to adequately prepare.
LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. Guests who need to depart prior to their reservation end date will be expected to honor their reservation commitment. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time due to loud or inappropriate behavior by a guest.
The kitchen is not available for guest use as well as the dumbwaiter. Failure to comply with this and any damage ensued to these areas will result in charges.
A 6% state sales tax will be added to all reservations at checkout.
