Property and Cancelation Policies :
All payments received from clients are non-refundable. Any cancellation that occurs a day before the scheduled check-in, a non-refundable credit will be applied minus a $65 USD administration fee that will be valid for one year from the date of issue to be used at Basalto Hotel subject to availability. No credit or refund will be issued if the client cancels the same day of the check-in, or if the client does not show up or leave early for any reason.
To protect the money that you invest in your stay at Hotel Basalto, we recommend that you consider travel insurance, which will help you get the coverage you need for your vacation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

In terms of the provisions of Articles 8, 15, 16, 36 and others relating and applicable to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. (Here in after Hotel Basalto S.A. de C.V.), with address Rinconada Careyeros 112, Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico, informs you that you are responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data obtained due to the relationship you have with us.
II.- PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of the foregoing, personal data are considered necessary to provide our service, and consist of the following:
a) Identification data: name(s), surname(s), official identification and/or identification, address, telephone number of home, cell phone and/or work, marital status, signature, email, gender, age, date of birth, nationality, name and data of third parties, occupation, name of the place where you work, position and contact details.
b) Financial Data: Method of payment, cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, security key number, credit card copy.
c)Billing data: Name or company name, RFC, tax domicile.
d) Preference Data: Related to the room, services required and/or reason, travel preferences, hobbies and opinions.
The way we collect your personal data is by the following means:
a) Personally, when you provide them to any of our employees, filling out forms at check-in with us, or at our front desk. Likewise, when you answer questionnaires of satisfaction and opinion of the service.
b) Directly, when you provide them to us by telephone or electronic means, by filling out the booking form on our Website, interacting on our social networks or through cookies or web beacons, (see numeral VII) or by email.
Indirectly, when you provide your personal data to any of our suppliers, such as travel agencies, tour operators or third parties who provide us with databases, which support us during booking and marketing processes.
We also inform you that Hotel Basalto S.A. de C.V., does not obtain personal data that are considered by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals as sensitive personal data. For this purpose, sensitive personal data means personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose misuse may give rise to discrimination or pose a serious risk to it
III. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Hotel Basalto, will not market your personal data with third parties and these will be collected for the purpose of providing its services and carrying out the processes described in the previous numeral. However, it is made known that the personal data collected may be transferred to entities of the same interest group of the company or those with which it has concluded contracts of hotel operation, franchise or similar, and / or third parties, national or foreign only for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes for which such personal data have been provided. IV.- SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
The personal data of you collected by Hotel Basalto S.A. de C.V. will be duly protected in accordance with the security, administrative, technical and physical provisions, established in the Law and Regulations to protect such personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or their unauthorized use, access or disclosure and will be treated under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality , purpose, loyalty, proportionality, liability, security and confidentiality provided for in that Law and regulations. I certify that all the information written here is correct. I agree, accept the conditions and regulations of Hotel Basalto which I have read and am aware of.
