Deposits are non refundable
Deposits may be transferable to another date (subject to availability) only if due to health conditions, government restrictions or other extreme situations dully justified
Terms and Conditions
The reservation is confirmed after deposit payment (50% of total value) . Balance must be paid at the check in. We do not accept cheques. Payment must be done through, cash, debit or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
If you wish to do Bank transfer, a payment confirmation must be presented
When checking in you will be asked to provide us with a credit card number as a caution for any damage that may be caused during your stay. A pre authorization of 200€ will be done in the card until check out.
Check in is at 4 pm and check out at 11 am. Parking is free but limited to the capacity available.
We are 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the property. Should it be brought to our attention smoking has taken place, Guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued.
It´s not permitted to consume any food or drinks purchased outside of Quinta Camarena in the shared / common areas (Camtina).
Customers are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in customers being asked to leave the hotel in which event all additional charges shall become immediately payable by the customers.
Casita Mae, Loft and Casa Laranjal (when rented in it's entirety) can host pets as long as it has been previously agreed. Pet fee charges will apply at check in (50eur fee per pet)
