Rinjani Villa is a unique property situated in the tranquil former fishing village of Sanur just minutes from the beach. The current owners of Rinjani Villa were so excited to find this lovely house in this quiet street known as “Embassy Row” (as so many consulates and residences are situated in this exclusive part of Sanur). The building was built in the 1980s in the Bali Style of many of the great resort hotels and shows all the character and charm of buildings of this period, with original carvings, traditional roofs and sweeping lawn. The owners wanted to honour the heritage of the buildings by renovating in a style sympathetic with the architecture.
The villa consists of 5 stunning bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, laid our over 2 floors. You enter this oasis of calm through the private parking area and through towering Balinese gates. These open out into a tropical oasis of mature trees, sweeping lawn and and your very own crystal clear pool. The villa has all the facilities you would expect of a luxury property, with smiling, helpful staff to make you feel even more at home. Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 18:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: gedepengembak@gmail.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Prices and Taxes
All room prices include 21% government tax and service charge
Payment and Terms at Check-in and Check-out
You can check-in any time from 3PM local time. Staff will be on standby to welcome you to the villa, but please advise a time if you are arriving after 8pm. The balance of the full villa rental amount is payable on prior to arrival, and guests will not be admitted if payment has not been received. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the villa has been received and approved. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.
You can check-out any time up until 12 NOON local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. A late check-out can be arranged until 6pm for a 50% charge of 1 night's booking price - subject to availability. Even later check-outs may be possible if availability allows, at a charge at the owner's discretion.
Please note that a detailed inspection of the villas is made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the villa is occupied again.
The security deposit, if applicable, should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3 working days, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by Indies Estates and we do NOT charge your credit card. Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be left where they were originally found. The bed linen, towels and other items in the villa are NOT gifts and should remain in the Villa!
Booking Policy
- We believe the children are our future, but you still have to be at least 21 years old and present to book the villas.
- Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required upon check-in
- All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of the booking party occupying the villa, and, upon arrival, we require a copy of all passports or ID's from all guests.
- Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change
- All rooms rates include a 21% tax and service charge levied by the government of Indonesia.
- Group trips are fun! When booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) unless otherwise agreed in advance. Extra beds can be rented for additional guests, but these are chargeable. Got babies? They can stay for free if you have your own travel crib, or we can rent a crib for you (or any other baby equipment you need).
All of our villa bedrooms are non-smoking, as are all of the inside, airconditioned areas. We do have plenty of spacious outside terraces where smoking is permitted. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $200 room cleaning fee.
Standard booking price
The standard booking price includes the following:

- Cleaning before and after your stay and daily room cleaning.

After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
Room Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to you at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversations all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. we request that you keep the noise down, as the villas are in a residential area and we like to be considerate of our neighbours. If you are planning a party or a function that will involve music and / or loud chatter, we can request a "noise license" from the local village council (The Banjar) This usually requires a payment to the Banjar.
Parking
Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, you get to park right in front of the villa (or super close). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so of your own accord. The villa does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for a while, not a problem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.
Health and Safety Policy
The villas have made every effort to make the environment safe and enjoyable for all our guests. However, the Villa assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the swimming pool or other facilities. If you use the swimming pool or other facilities, you do so at your own risk.
