If your reservation requires full prepayment, the remaining balance will be processed by our guest services team once the initial deposit has been received.

- Full Pre-Payment: At the time of booking, the credit card on file will be charged for the entire cost of your stay, including all taxes and fees.
- Non-Refundable: This is a non-refundable rate. If you need to cancel, change your dates, or shorten your stay, the payment is forfeited and we cannot issue a refund.
- No Changes: Once booked, this reservation cannot be modified.
- Halloween: October 30–November 1, 2025 and October 30–November 1, 2026
- New Year's: December 30, 2025–January 1, 2026 and December 30, 2026–January 1, 2027
- Mardi Gras: February 6–8 and February 12–17, 2026

Terms and Conditions
General Hotel Policies Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- All rates are based on double occupancy.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 persons for single rooms and 4 persons for double rooms (Double rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons, with an extra fee of $30.00 USD per night for the third and fourth adult)
- Children under 17 stay free with an accompanying adult.
- We do not offer cribs or roll-away beds.
- Upon check-in, a $55 per night pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card.
- This is a temporary pending hold, not a charge.
- The hold will be released after check-out, provided no incidental charges are incurred or services/items are not purchased.
- Release times vary by bank; it may take 7-10 business days for debit card funds to become available again.
- Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. This includes all rooms, balconies, hallways, corridors, the courtyard, the pool area, and the parking lot.
- A damage fee will be assessed for any violation. No refunds will be given.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Service animals are welcome, but they may not be left unattended.
- Per the ADA, emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.
- A $30 plus tax cleaning fee is added to every reservation.
- You are financially responsible for any damages to the property or missing items. Your card on file will be charged for the market value of repairs or replacements.
- No open-door parties, loud music, or illegal substances are permitted.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
- The pool is for all guests to enjoy. Please be respectful of others, follow basic safety rules, and keep music at a moderate level.
- No music is allowed at the pool after 8:00 PM.
- Self-Parking: $45 plus tax per vehicle per night. Parking is limited and subject to availability upon arrival. We cannot accommodate trailers, box trucks, RVs, and oversized vans.
- Early Check-in: $25 (before 2:00 PM), based on availability.
- Late Check-out: $75 (up to 4:00 PM), based on availability.
- Early Check-out Fee: $75 (excludes special events).
- Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- The person whose name is on the reservation must be the person who checks in. A valid photo ID and credit card in that same name are required.
- This policy protects all parties from fraud. We cannot honor any reservation that has been sold or transferred.
- Reservations cannot be made for speculative, fraudulent, or reselling purposes without a prior written agreement with the hotel.
- In the event of an emergency or an "Act of God" that makes it impossible for you to travel, you may contact us to discuss a refund and cancellation.
