Ty Glyndwr is a new, fresh & eclectic hostel within a
Grade II listed Victorian building in the centre of the historical town of
Caernarfon.
Located just 50m from the 13th Century UNESCO World Heritage Site of Caernarfon Castle, we are at the heart of the old walled town which
borders the beautiful Menai Strait.
Built in 1815 Ty Glyndwr has been extensively refurbished
inside & out to provide atmospheric and characterful, yet modern interiors while retaining its
elegance. The hostel provides guests with a relaxed & friendly welcome,
very comfortable accommodation, great coffee & a fantastic bar with regular
live music. We offer dorm & private rooms as well as a family studio. Dogs
can be accommodated in private rooms, fees apply. A continental breakfast and is included.
Credit card information is required to make a reservation, however payment will be collected at the time of arrival, no charge will be made on the card used for the reservation unless in breach of our cancellation terms.

PAYMENT POLICY
BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
All rooms have the same cancellation policy for individual bookings.
Advance bookings: Any cancellation made within 3 days will require full payment for Fridays and Saturdays. The first night of any reservation will be charged if staying between Sunday and Thursday inclusive, in addition to Friday and Saturday if the booking includes these. Guests who fail to arrive without notice are subject to the same terms.
Last minute bookings (within 3 days of arrival): Any bookings made within 3 days of arrival are subject to the same cancellation terms as advance booking, in the event of a 'no show' for last minute bookings the FULL period of the stay will be charged.
It is not possible to move or amend the date of a booking after 7 days prior to arrival. Any guest wishing to change a date less than 7 days prior to the original arrival date is subject to our usual cancellation terms. They will be required to complete a new booking and pay the balance (if applicable) of a the cancelled booking subject to the above terms.
