Casa Tropical (before Vista Los Volcanes) was founded in 2010 in order to provide comfort, relaxation and a family atmosphere to our guests. Being a 100% Costa Rican company we strive to keep our customs and traditions.
Casa Tropical is located in the beautiful little village of San Lorenzo de Flores, of the province of Heredia, Costa Rica, is just 15 minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and 20 minutes from the city of San José.

A full refund will be applied if the guest cancels their reservations at least 48 hours in advance of their expected arrival time. All reservations cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee equal to one night stay.

- Check in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00pm.
- Check out time is 11:00a.m. Failure to comply with a timely check out will result in an extra night charge.
- The residencies are a smoke free environment, no smoking allowed anywhere. A fee of up to 100 USD will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room.
- Residents of the units will be held responsible for any damages.
- No loud music or noise after 9:00 p.m. out of respect for fellow guest.
- There will be a charge of $10 for loss of house key.
- Absolutely no overnight guests.
- Your information is secure and we do not provide any of your details to others.
