Naturluxe & Stars has the following policies, terms and conditions: 

Standard Booking
The standard booking price includes the following:  Cleaning before and after your stay, all tent amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and/or in our correspondence to you.  Important:  When you make a reservation, you are booking a tent type (not a specific tent decor). Each tent type includes similar tents of similar size; however, interior design in each tent may be different.  Please note your booking has not been made or verified until your deposit payment is processed. Once deposit is processed, your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival.   The balance due will be processed at time of check-in on the day of arrival, or if earlier, upon arrival.  If a guest does not show up for their reserved date, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed and the tent may be reassigned without refund of the full payment.  Please Note: Immediate termination of this tent rental agreement is possible if including but not limited to the following:  violations of Naturluxe & Stars terms and conditions, more guests stay in the property than agreed, or excessive noise is made in the evening hours, after quiet hours, or during the night.  The tent maximum occupancy is as follows:  Safari Tent:  1 Queen bed, max 2 people, Safari Tent 2 Twin beds, max 2 people.  Bell Tent:  1 Queen bed, max 2 people, Bell Tent: 2 Twin beds, max 2 people.  Platform Tent:  1 Queen bed, max 2 people, Platform Tent: 2 Twin  beds, max 2 people.  Platform Tent Large - 4 Twin beds, max 4 people.  Cot accommodation for one additional guest may be requested in advance for an additional charge of $25. per night. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the tent.  All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.  Naturluxe & Stars is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten personal items at the premises.
Taxes & Gratuity
Taxes & Gratuity are not included in Tent rent rate.  All tent rates are subject to applicable state and county tax, processing fees, and room/occupancy tax charges, and shall be added to the final payment amount processed at check-in.
Minimum/Maximum Stay & Extending Your Stay
Weekends have a minimum 2-night stay requirement- please check the calendar for minimum stay dates.  Weekday do not reqiuire a 2-night minimum stay. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans.
Hours of Operation
Naturluxe & Stars is a seasonal venue.  Please check booking calendar for season dates of operation.
Parking
Ample free parking is available for our Guests.  By parking a vehicle at our facility, you are doing so on your own accord.  Naturluxe & Stars does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. 
Tent Cleaning
Our tents are professionally cleaned prior to your stay.  Daily cleaning is not provided, however if you require assistance for a spill or other accidental soiling incident please do not hesitate to contact staff and we will take care of it.  If you are staying more than two nights and need fresh towels, please notify staff and we will be happy to provide them for you.
Food & Beverage
Please note cooking is NOT permitted on the property, however a mini-refrigerator and microwave is available to guests for leftovers or light snacks enjoyed in the main lodge tent.  We take great care to keep the facilities free of food odors and garbage so as to minimize the attraction of wildlife, rodents, etc. All food must be contained and eaten in the lodge tent.  Any guests violating this will be charged a fee of $100. per violation including but not limited to food stored and consumed in the tents or immediate tent area.  Coolers may be stored up at the lodge tent or in guest's car.  
Excursions & Workshop Packages
Naturluxe & Stars collaborates with local merchants & vendors to offer unique experiences such as wine trail tours, historical walks, nature guides, etc.).  Events calendar will be available for the 2025 season on the website.  Feel free to contact us for more information.   This is the fun part - stay tuned!
Campfire Policy
Naturluxe & Stars has designated campfire locations throughout the property for the use of our guests to fully enjoy the glamping experience.  Fire wood is included at no charge, and staff is available during the weekends to light the campfires.  Please note additional campfires outside of the designated campfire locations as noted on the Naturluxe & Stars property map are ABSOLUTELY prohibited.  We aim to protect our natural environment and wooded area, and take this policy very seriously.  Any guest in violation of this restriction will be required to immediately vacate the premises without any refund whatsoever. 
Non-Smoking
Breathe easy. Naturluxe & Stars is a non-smoking property.  This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Smoking on the property, (other than the designated location in the parking lot next to the main entrance - please notify staff) is a violation of the property policy. Any smoking in the tents or strong lingering smoking scents, incense, or candles in tents will result in a strong warning and a $200 tent cleaning fee.  Naturluxe & Stars reserves the right, to request the guest to leave early, depending on the severity of the violation, in its absolute discretion, without any refund whatsoever. 
Damages
During your stay, the tents and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the tent or gathering spaces. You (The Guest) is financially responsible for any damage to the tent.  
ADA
Naturluxe & Stars offers accessible tents and provides ADA compliant bathroom facilities.  Please feel free to contact us directly at the main phone number of via email for any questions or concerns, or if you have additional requests. 
Guest Safety
As part of our commitment to guest safety, safety cameras are used throughout the public areas of the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. Naturluxe & Stars assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on the premises.  Use of the premises, including but not limited to hiking in the woods, you do so at your own risk.
Firearms
Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on the premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Naturluxe & Stars who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto the premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on the premises: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room. Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the premises, without refund. The premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.
Noise
Part of the Naturluxe & Stars outdoor resort experience includes any vehicular noise associated with its unique location directly adjacent to the world renowned Watkins Glen International Racetrack, including County Rd 16 main point of access to both the track, and main entrance to Naturluxe & Stars.  Please note the sound levels will vary based on the event calendar of Watkins Glen International Racetrack and type of race cars, as well as time of day. 
Late Arrival
Any late arrival after 10:00 pm will be charged a $50 fee.  Our staff shift ends at 10:00 pm and aside from asking them to stay late, any arrival time after 10:00 pm creates a disturbance to our other guests.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Guest acknowledges that they agree to all terms and conditions once they have booked their reservation.
