We have a variety of cabins (with and without access to the Frio River), suites, RV Sites and tent sites available, making Andy's the ultimate vacation spot. We are located approximately 2 miles from the Frio River and we are a full outfitter, making your trip as convenient and relaxed as possible.
Andy's has a shuttle service to and from the river, plus kayak and tube rentals. You'll also find a boutique, souvenir shopping and a small grocery store at Andy's with everything you can think of - from hot dogs and milk to t-shirts and Yeti coolers. Our newest addition to your one stop shop, is our new liquor store Compadres located just behind Andy's on River Road store.

- We will not offer any refunds for any reservations, however we can do a ONE time courtesy move of the reservation if there is more than a 30 day notice. If cancelling with more than 30 days notice you are responsible and will not be given a refund. The full payment of the reservation will be due 30 days before arrival; we hold the right to process the card on file unless told by the customer otherwise.
- OFF SEASON ONLY: Unless you made arrangements with us for linens, you will need to bring them with you. All beds are queen size and have 2 pillows on each needing cases. We do have a quilt/comforter on each bed. You will also need to bring any towels you might need. Be aware there is a Cleaning Fee of $75 per cabin that will not reflect in your balance at first but added manually afterwards. This is something new that started on January 1, 2024.
- **PEAK SEASON ONLY: A separate Linen/Cleaning Fee will be manually added to your reservation total NOT SHOWN AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR RESERVATION at $150 per stay. This is new beginning in January 2024.This is a mandatory service/fee during PEAK SEASON only.
- *** PET FRIENDLY: We are a pet friendly property and charge $50 per pet, per stay. If an unregistered pet is sighted, there will be a $250 fee per pet charged to your card on file.
