Terms and Conditions: By reserving a room you agree that you understand that all rooms are non-smoking, and we do not allow pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $350 charge to your account. Guests will also be held financially responsible for any damages sustained to the room while guest occupies it. If you notice any deficiencies with your room please bring it to the attention of management upon check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 11:00 am. Late check out may be available at 2:00 pm at a rate of $30. (This is not always possible) Guest agrees to hold harmless The Lake Norman Landing Resort and Marina inc, all of its employees, owners, affiliates, and partners for any bodily injury, property damage or loss due to theft, fire, or any act of God out of our control while the guest is on property. Guests will have complimentary use of one parking spot per room for the duration of their stay.
Cancellation Policy: Any reservation cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days and more than 72 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
Use of Sauna Lounge: Guest understands that the sauna lounge is for the enjoyment of guests age 18 and over and that this area is under 24 hour video surveillance. Sauna is very hot and should not be used by anyone with high blood pressure, cardiovascular concerns, pregnant, feeling unwell, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Maximum time limit is 15 minutes before exiting and taking a minimum 15 minute break. Always drink plenty of water while using the sauna.
Agreement to Not Charge Back: Guest agrees to pay full amount of reservation and will not attempt to charge back that amount on the credit or debit card used to pay reservation total.
Participation in Boating and Paddle Sports: While boat rentals and other watersports equipment are located on property and available for guests to enjoy, guest understands that these amenities are not owned by the Lake Norman Landing Resort and Marina and agrees to hold harmless and release from any claim the Lake Norman Landing Resort and Marina in the event of personal injury or death as a result of participation in these activities.
