You have up to 24 hours before you arrive at the hostel to cancel or modify your reservation. If you do not report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to the credit card on file.
*Reservations made through Booking / Hostelworld / Expedia or others:
You have up to 48 hours before you arrive at the hostel to cancel or modify your reservation.
If you do not report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to the credit card on file.
*For flexible non-refundable rates: you can modify your reservation ONLY ONCE up to 24 hours before check-in. In case of not showing up, not informing before this time, or requiring a second modification, the entire reservation will be charged. No refunds or cancellations apply.
*When you need to arrive after 11:00 p.m., let us know via e-mail or send us a Whatsapp because your reservation will be automatically canceled at that time.
Non-Refundable Rate Plan
Cancellation Policy:- Travelers who cancel at any time, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking amount. This policy applies from the moment the reservation is made and cannot be altered or refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:- No Fee: Travelers who cancel 48 hours or more before 2:00 PM CST on the day of check-in will not be charged any fee.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Travelers who cancel less than 48 hours before 2:00 PM CST on the day of check-in, including no-shows, will be charged for one night plus tax.
