A deposit of the first night stay will be collected at time of booking.
Should your plans change, you may cancel your reservation for free up until 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged for the entire booking. For cancellations between 7-14 days prior to arrival, the first night total will be charged to the card on file. We are a very small property and appreciate your understanding.

Terms and Conditions
Check-in is between 3:00 - 8:00 pm - please contact in advance of your stay for early check-in availability. For late check-ins, your check-in packet can be found in the "Welcome" box to the right of the front doors.
You must be at least 21 years old to check in. Check out time is by 11:00 am and all late check-outs must be approved by Lodge Staff the morning of your departure. There will be no refunds for early check outs. Guest units, common areas and outside spaces are for registered guests only. There is one parking space per unit. Black Bear Lodge is not responsible for lost or damaged property. There is a $25 charge per lost key. Please note the entire property is a smoke free environment and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies, damage or missing items to the room or excessive cleaning of your unit will result in charges billed to the credit card on file.
There is no smoking in or around your room/cabin. A violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to the credit card on file.
