Terms and Conditions
Upon receiving a booking for the period December to April, Sebastian's will collect 50% of the reservation as a deposit. Upon arrival, the balance of the reservation will be collected and a credit card will be requested for incidentals.
By choosing a non-refundable rate plan, customers who participate will receive the specified discount on the room charges. Taxes and fees will be applied on the discounted rate. At the time of booking, the customer will be charged the full balance of the reservation. As the name states, this rate is "non-refundable." However, should a legitimate reason be provided, the hotel is willing to make "best efforts" to accommodate a change in dates for the reservation in question.
