Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of cancellation, you must do so 14 days before your check-in otherwise the balance will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing. In case of no-show will be charged the entire rental amount.
* During the months of December and January, cancellations must be made 30 days before your check-in otherwise the balance will be charged to date.
Terms and Conditions
Timings – Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you require a late departure let us know ahead of time to check availability.
Reservations – Once your reservation is confirmed it will be charged 30% of the total rental amount to secure availability. (Not refundable)
The rental balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the arrival date. The balance must be paid with credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) and / or money transfer.
* In case of cash payment, it must be notified at once to be authorized. A credit card or debit card will also be required for security for any additional cost.
Occupancy – Maximum occupancy is limited to a number of people depending on the type of accommodation booked. Additional guests have an additional cost.
Non-Smoking – No smoking inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside the units and cigarette butts should be properly disposed of and not thrown to the floor.
* Evidence of violation of our non-smoking principle will result in a charge of 250 USD.
Pets – Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Non-Disturbance – The tenant and his guests must not disturb, annoy, endanger or create any inconvenience to neighbors, nor to the facilities for any purpose.
No House Parties – No parties are allowed. The accommodation is only for the use of the number of persons authorized in the registration form. In case of additional guests, it must be notified.
Fireworks – Any evidence of fireworks can result in an eviction along with no refund.
Pool Use – Using pools and its surroundings is at your own risk, never leave children unattended.
Damage – We reserve the right to charge to your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room, facilities or items during your stay.
