Loreland Farm Resort was developed in 1992 as a private resort exclusive for the family of enterprising couple from Antipolo City, Philippines. The (8) eight hectare property was used to be the family's farm of mango and kasoy trees before it was converted into a family's private resort. Since the place is naturally blessed with an ambiance that is truly perfect for intimate and special events, the family continuously developed the resort and finally opted to open the place to the public in early 1995.Over the period of time, the business stretched through an expansion and captured the demand for corporate or business events, team buildings, company outings and social events such as weddings and debuts. It was in 1996 when Loreland Farm Resort had its soft opening and was introduced to the public as “The ideal place for business and leisure”. On October 18, 1997, the resort marked its grand opening where it was launched as “a one stop shop resort” that offers a wide-range of services to cater the diverse needs of its guests and clients from the different parts of the world.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. For Guaranteed reservation
- Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservation Department.
- Booking extension or rebooking is subject to room availability.
- Rebooking is valid until further notice.
3. In case of rescheduling, it must be 3 days prior to your reservation. LATE or NO advice of reschedule there will be a surcharge of 25%.
4. All Payments made are non-refundable
Terms and Conditions
Please read this before making reservations and before entering the Resort. We want everyone to be aware of the rules of the resort before they come to stay. It is more pleasant to stay when everyone knows what is expected of them and what will not be tolerated.
Wristband or Tyvek To ensure the safety & security of all our guests by avoiding outsiders, we strictly implement wearing of wristbands at all times while inside the resort premises.
Check in/Check out Time For Room Accommodation, check in time is 3:00pm & check out time is 12:00nn. For Cottages, day tour is from 8:00am to 5:00 pm & night tour is from 7:00pm to 6:00 am.
Room Key Deposit. We require PhP 1,000.00 incidental deposit per room which is refundable upon check out once the room is declared clear by the Room Attendant. Lost room items, linens and room keys will incur necessary charges. Please avoid leaving such items outside the room.
Accommodation Getting a Cottage or Room is a must for every group or individual. Please occupy only the assigned cottage or room you have paid for, capacity limit is strictly followed.
Pool Time Pool time is from 8:00am to 5:00pm & 7:00pm to 4:00 am. All pools will be closed by 5:00pm to 7:00 pm & 4:00 am to 8:00 am for pool maintenance. Pools may be closed without prior notice if deemed necessary.
Swimming attire Please wear proper swimming attire. Guests with modesty concerns may wear white T-shirts. Swimming attire should be colorfast and of lightweight material.
Corkage Fee Bringing in of soft drinks, beers & liquors are prohibited or corkage fee shall be implemented.
Electricity Charge All electric appliances are subject to power consumption charges.
Sound System Loud sound systems are not allowed. We respect the privacy of our guests.
Pets We are a pet friendly resort and follow strict pet policy. The term “Pet” can mean a lot to many people, but in a hotel and resort set up like ours - we mean small breed dogs and cats only. We are sorry but we do not allow large breed dogs, birds, and exotic animals. This is for the health, safety and enjoyment of all our guests. . We apply a PET FEE of Php 1,000.00 per pet and a maximum of 1 pets per room.
Firearms/weapons Firearms/weapons of any kind are not allowed inside the resort. Licensed firearms may be deposited at the security area.
Security check The resort’s security has the right to inspect every person, bags, parcels or other items upon admission.
Minors Minors should always be accompanied by adults at all times.
Cleanliness We work hard to keep the area clean. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in designated trash bins, including cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.
Energy Conservation In doing our part to help Mother Earth, turn off water faucets & shower bulbs, when not in use.
Valuables Please take care of your valuables. The management is not responsible for any loss, stolen or damages of your personal belongings.
Right Conduct The resort has the right to deny admission or evict guests or groups of guests found under the influence of illegal drugs, generally disturbing the peace and order at the resort, and/or engaging in fights.
Waiver I hereby agree to the terms & conditions set forth, that Loreland Farm Resort shall not be held liable for an untoward incident that may occur beyond the control of the management.
