Reservations in general and cancellation policies:
1.- To guarantee your reservation, the payment of 50% of the total reservation is required, this payment is Non-refundable.
2.- To cancel your reservation, it is necessary to make the request with the minimum of days of anticipation indicated in the following paragraph, in the understanding that the initial deposit is non-refundable and in case of not making it in the days marked the penalty for the total amount of the reservation.
- Easter, Christmas & New Year's Eve: Non refundable.
- Bridges, Holidays and Summer Vacations: 7 days
- Low season: 3 days
3.- The reservation must be paid in full upon arrival at the hotel or check in.
4.- For cancellations or modifications of dates of any reservation made in travel agencies or online travel agencies, you must contact your agency and make your request directly with your agency, this request will be subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of confirmation of your reservation by your agency.
