- Reservations must be secured with an advance deposit at the time of the booking. The amount of the deposit will be the total room & tax for entire length of stay
- Partial Deposit Refund: If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, 80% of the deposit (room and tax) will be refunded.
- Cancellation Within 13 Days: If you cancel within 13 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of your total deposit.
- Special Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy does not apply during peak periods such as Easter Week (dates vary annually) and the End of Year (December 25 to January 5). For cancellations during these periods, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

- Nicaraguan banks require us to input your email address linked to your credit card statement to authenticate and process your deposit. The banks use an extended Address Verification System (AVS+) to verify the contact information of the cardholder, including the billing address, telephone number, and email address. Booking.com does not provide us with your actual email address, which we need for this verification process.
