This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $40.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
If you fail to arrive, and haven't given 48 hours prior written notice as per our cancellation policy, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
If you wish to change or cancel your booking you must contact us in writing via email. Subject to availability, and must be confirmed 48 prior to stay.
**Special terms and conditions for all bookings for Blues Fest Easter long weekend and Xmas & NY period (20th of December to the 10th of January).
- Full payment will be charged at time of booking.
- Free cancelation and changes until 1 month prior to arrival.
- There will be no check ins or check outs on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day as reception will be closed.
Terms and Conditions
18+ Only: As a fully licensed venue, we’re only able to accommodate guests aged 18 and over across all of our rooms and facilities.Photo ID Required at Check-In: A valid passport or driver's license is required at check-in. We do not accept expired, clipped, or damaged IDs.Credit Card on File: All guests must present a valid credit card at check-in. This will be securely held until check-out. Any damages to rooms or property will be charged in full to the card provided.Full Payment Required at Time of Booking: Your booking will be charged in full at the time of reservation. If payment fails, you’ll be notified via email. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, your booking will be cancelled.Dorm Rooms are 18–35 Only: Dorm rooms are reserved for guests aged 18–35 only. If you're over 35, you're welcome to book one of our private rooms.Group Bookings (10+ Guests): Groups of 10 or more must contact us directly at groups@aquariusbyronbay.com.au to review group booking terms and conditions. If booking out a full dorm room, a $250 security bond is required upon arrival.Room Condition & Cleaning Fees: If a private room is left in an excessively messy state, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.Late Check-Out Fees: Check-out is strictly by 10am. Late check-out without prior arrangement may result in a late fee being applied.Late Check-Out (Private Rooms Only): Late check-out is available by request only (and subject to availability) for F-Rooms and Spa Suites, and incurs a small fee.Right to Refuse Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse check-in to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or fails to meet any of the above requirements.Eviction Policy: We have zero tolerance for abuse, damage to property, or breaking house rules.
