- As we hold your booking in good faith, we operate under a 30 day cancellation policy.
- 1 night bookings are paid in full to confirm.
- To secure your reservation we require payment in full for a single night or half the total for longer stays.
- The balance is then required a month before arriving.
- Transfers and cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Refunds of cancellations after this time are subject to the treehouse re-letting (some conditions may apply).
- In the event of further shut downs due to Covid-19, Secrets will hold your deposit in good faith for you to re-book within 12 months.
- It is suggested that guests seek travel insurance (particularly for longer stays) to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, medical and other emergencies.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and only transferable once re-let.
- Minimum bookings apply.
- Computer or booking system glitches will be over ridden by management
