GeneralCheck out time is 12.00 noon andcheck-in time is after 3.00pm. Please advise reception in the case of a latecheck-in. All children under 2 years stay freeof charge for children's cots/cribs. All children under 16 years are chargedEUR 30 per night for extra beds. All further older children or adultsare charged EUR 30 per night for extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child'scot/crib is upon request and need to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculatedautomatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately duringyour stay. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. The guest will be held responsiblefor any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests,or any person for whom they are responsible. The Management will not, in any waybe responsible for any loss or damage to the guests' belongings or any otherproperty from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for anycause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage. Please keep in mind that other guestsmay want to rest and please avoid making noise in the room or public areasafter 23.00 hours. Management reserves the right to askguests to leave the premises should their behaviour disrupt the stay of otherguests. All guests are subject to a charge ofnot less than 1 nights' stay for smoke/soiling damage to the room. CCTV is in operation throughout thepremises for security purpose. Damage and LossThe Old Weir Lodge reserves the rightto charge guests for the for the cost of rectifying or cleaning any damagewhich has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of gueststo the hotel’s property or structure. This right to charge will also applyto loss of earnings and/or profit where the damage is of such a nature that theroom is unable to be let to other guests. This right to charge will also applywhere any item from the hotel room is removed or lost. If such damage or loss is discoveredduring the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but, if discoveredafter guests have departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’scredit / debit card or send an invoice for the costs for payment to the guest’sregistered address.We will make every effort to rectifyor clean any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to carry outthe work, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guestswould incur to a minimum. Smoking PolicyThe Old Weir lodge operates a strictno smoking policy in our premises.
