General:

• We are cashless. Payments with card only.
• Reception hours is 09h - 14h and 15h - 00h
• You will receive an automatic email with self check in instructions at 23:30h in case you arrive after 00h 
• Latest check in time for dorms is 23h.
• In case of no show we will release the room the day after your original arival date
• One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a crib that we will provide. The maximum number of cribs in a room is 1. 
• Children under 12 years old can not stay in a dorm unless you book the whole dorm.
• We provide bed sheets in every room and towels only in private rooms. The use of our bed sheets is compulsory and the use of sleeping bags or silk bags is strictly forbidden.
• While we strive to accommodate all guests Amar villa may not be suitable for people with disabilities.
• There is free on-street parking nearv - subjet to availability
• Pets are not allowed
• All rooms are non smoking rooms
• All prices include VAT
• Tourism tax is not included and applies for any guest over 12 years, up to a maximum of 7 nights stays: Low Season (November 1st to April 30th) - 1,20€/person/night; High Season (May 1st to October 31st) - 2,30€/person/night
• Activities bookings  can not be rescheduled and rentals are non refundable

• Classes last 1.5 hours of water  and a total of approximately 2.5 hours, include surf gear, transportation and insurance
• Maximum of 12 people in the water during surfing lessons. 1 instructor for every 6 students
• If natural conditions do not meet safety requirements, the class may be shortened or canceled and rescheduled
• The safety assessment is done by the head coach
• If the customer is unable to attend the rescheduled class, Amar will provide a voucher valid for 1 year
• Class reservations can not be rescheduled  and are non-refundable
