Términos y condiciones
- Reservations made through the website: if you have a child, add him/her as such if is under 5 years old. Otherwise, consider him/her as an adult so that the cost of the stay can be calculated correctly.
- It is mandatory to present a photo ID at check-in.
- During check-in, the full name and CPF of all guests who will occupy the room(s) must be provided.
- No visitors will be allowed who are not registered at the time of check-in.
- Your reservation is guaranteed until the date of arrival. After that, in case of no-show, the reservation may be canceled and the room reserved for another guest.
- Check-in after the scheduled time and date will not result in an extension of the deadline or check-out time. Payment of the full amount of the stay will be required.
- To renew a new daily rate, check availability at reception. If available, make the full payment at the time of the request.
- Reservations after 9:00 pm for the same day can only be made through our website, landline (84) 3219-4084 or directly at reception.
- When making a reservation, you are reserving a category of accommodation. Rooms in the same category have similar sizes and the same equipment. However, their interiors may vary.
- Reservations will only be confirmed upon advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation.
- You can check in at any time after 2:00 pm (local time), as our reception is open 24 hours a day.
- The remaining amount of the accommodation must be paid upon arrival, at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed without full payment of the stay.
- The key to the apartment will be given at check-in after completing the payment of the reservation and must be left at reception every time you leave the hotel.
- Check-out must be done by noon (local time). If you overtake more than this period, will be charged a new daily rate.
- If the reservation is canceled 14 days or more before the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded. If this period is exceeded, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
- The extension and transfer of the reservation to future dates is only possible within the same free cancellation period (up to 14 days before check-in). The reservation will be assessed according to availability and any rate variations will be applied according to the values for the new period requested. After this period, it will not be possible to change the date, regardless of the reason.
- To cancel, the guest must send a request via our WhatsApp (84) 3219-4084 with the name, date and reservation number.
- Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), with 100% of the amount paid being retained.
- Cancellation of the stay after check-in will not result in any type of refund, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid. Likewise early departure, for any reason, will not entitle the guest to a refund of unused nights.
- It is the guest's responsibility to check and confirm the reservation date shown in the confirmation email. If there is any error, please inform us immediately so that it can be corrected.
- Children up to 5 years old sleeping in the same bed as their parents will not be charged (does not apply to the Small Double Room and Twin Room).
- Any damage caused to the property or missing items will be charged at their market value.
- Rotating parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and it is not possible to reserve a space.
- Our employees do not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone, unless requested by the local authorities.
- Breakfast is optional, executive and not included in the base rate.
- Cleaning with change of bed linen and towels every two days with key at reception.
