Cancellation Policy: 100% of the stay fees will be charged to all cancellations made with less than 30 days before arrival.
An extraordinary deposit and cancellation policy applies for reservations arriving between December 20, 2022, and January 9th, 2023. as reservations are subject to 100% deposit 60 days before arrival, and cancellations made with less than 60 days will be charged 100% fee.

- Rack rates do not include 13% sales taxes.
- Full payment for the stay is required upon arrival and all incidental charges must be settled upon departure.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM. The Resort will gladly povide an early Check-In based on availability.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Accessing the property: The property is located at the top of a central mountain; all visitors must arrive at the top of the mountain to register. A 4x4 vehicle, or ATV is highly recommended to access the hotel.
- Parking is complimentary and it is included in the rate.
- Management and Ownership are available to handle any escalations, guest service opportunities or to provide resolution.
- Vista del Alma Resort have the permission to Use Personal information to recover in cases of Theft, destruction, and to settle No-Shows.
