Tree Houses Hotel sits on a little piece of paradise. It is a true jungle experience complete with a lot of wildlife, beautiful trees and plants. We never know when or where the sloths, congos, birds, agoutis etc. will show so besure to keep your eyes peeled. We sit on 80 acres complete with river access and wide paths to hike to take yourself on a little adventure.
Our 7 tree houses are a distance from each other giving you privacy and tranquility. Each one is approximately 30' high in the jungle canopy, nice decks with tables and benches/chairs. They have a rustic feel and provide comfortable beds, screened windows you can open, A/C, full bathrooms with shower, small refrigerator and safe. We serve wonderful Costa Rican breakfasts to our guests each morning, in The Rancho, a lovely open-air patio.
Are you planning on some tours/activities? Do you need transportation assistance? We have someone on staff who can help you arrange a great itinerary. We have wonderful relationships with very reliable tour and transportation companies. We guarantee we do not up-charge our guests for this service. We just want you to have fun, fun, fun.
Don't forget our Night Hike. Siller will come in to take you on an adventure after dark. He is amazing in finding all kinds of critters.

All cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be sent by email.
**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Refund or reschedule if cancellation is made 30-days or more prior to your reservation date. Less than 30 days there is no refund unless your treehouse is rebooked. EXCEPTION: Reservations during November 18th through April 30th. We will refund or reschedule with at least 45-days notice prior to your reservation date. Less than 45-days, we will refund only if we are able to rebook your treehouse. For December 16th to January 7th, no refund unless we rebook the tree house.
**Travel Insurance - Tree Houses strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for your vacation to Costa Rica as we are not responsible for any unforeseen event that may cause you to cancel your reservation. This includes viruses, disease, sickness, pregnancy, weather, an act of nature or any other event non-related to Tree Houses Hotel.
**Passports - Passports must be no less than 6 months from expiration to gain entry to Costa Rica.

Tree Houses Hotel requires children must be at least 4 years-old. The tree houses are 30' high.
Dietary needs should be revealed in an email from the customer or at check-in for our complementary breakfasts.
Parking is available at each Tree House, no charge. PLEASE drive slowly on our property for human and animal safety.

Tree Houses is not responsible for illness or injury on our property.
Tree Houses Hotel follows COVID safety requirements. Please wear masks and use sanitizer in all common areas.
Your tree house and tables, restrooms etc. in common areas will be sanitized.
We protect our jungle as we are the visitors . Please stay on marked paths. Please do not attempt to approach animals. If you believe an animal is injured, please notify our staff.
