You can pay the reservationthrough credit or debit card, cash or electronic transfer, which the systemwill debit the amount of the reservation and you will be informed immediatelyof the approval or rejection of the payment. This applies in any of theseasons, and guarantees the reservation of the room.
CANCELLATIONPOLICIES
NOSHOW: In case of a No-Show without prior notice, the guest will be charged 100%of entire reservation.
ANTICIPATEDDEPARTURE: If the guest leaves the Hotel earlier than expected, he must cancel50% of the remaining nights as a penalty / or change the reservation anotherdate.
CANCELLATION:In case of cancellation of the reservation 50% of the reservation will becharged as penalty.

Upon arrival wewill make a voucher as a guarantee for any unforeseen event, for which we willask for a voucher of your credit or debit card. Upon delivery of your room wewill make an inventory, the guarantee will be returned the day of yourdeparture after re-checking the inventory of the room and the mini bar.
