Si hace falta hacer un CHECKIN SIN CONTACTO hay que dejar todo pagado antes y pasarnos fotos de la documentación de todas los huéspedes.
POLITICA DE NIÑOS Y PERSONAS EXTRAS. . A partir de los 2 años los niños pagan como un adulto y hace falta seleccionar una persona extra en estas reservas.
Casa Piratas se encuentra en un primero en un casa en el barrio del Pópulo a 5 min andando desde Casa Caracol (donde hay la recepción para el checkin .)
La ubicación es Callejón de Los Piratas (por eso tiene su nombre). Se encuentra entre la plaza de la Catedral y la plaza Santa Cruz.
IMPORTANTE no entre en Plaza Santa Cruz con su coche. Está prohibido y hay multa. La ubicación es muy céntrica y se escucha divinamente las campanadas de ambas Catedrales.
Accesibilidad La casa es en un primero sin ascensor. En la primera planta hay 5 habitaciones privadas con cuarto de baño externo. El apartamento de la terraza está en un segundo sin ascensor.
Habitaciones 1-3 son espaciosas y luminosas con techo altos ventiladores A/C cama de matrimonio y cómoda . Tienen baño privado pero externo ( en frente del pasillo)
Habitaciones 4 & 5 son más pequeñas y tienen una cama de matrimonio en un altillo y sofa cama debajo , tiene su escritorio y cómoda. Comparten un cuarto de baño externo.
La casa tiene una cocina grande luminosa y bien equipada y sirve como zona común. Lo mejor de Casa Piratas es la terraza enorme llena de plantas y con su chill out.
El Apartamento Terraza se encuentra en la segunda planta ( sin ascensor) Es un espacio singular tipo loft. Tiene una habitación pequeña y salon abierto, con su cocina pequeña. y su cuarto de baño A/C y suelos de madera. No es para los que buscan una experiencia HOTEL, pero sí es muy popular con gente joven y familias jóvenes El apartamento tiene su espacio exterior privado con sofa.
CASA MINA. La última adicción a nuestra familia. Está ubicada cerca de Plaza Mina ( por eso su nombre) Es un apartamento recién reformado y decorado con gusto. Tiene diseño loft con salon cocina, cama de matrimonio y sofa cama cuarto de baño. Todo muy bonito y tranquilo.

FROM 1st JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER due to high demand the cancellation window is 4 days before your arrival. So please let us know in advance if your plans change.
Carnival Cancellation.
For Carnival reservations we charge 50% upon reservation and the remaining 50% 1 month before your arrival. You can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival but once we charge the remaining 50% no refunds will be issued after this time.
SEMANA SANTA RESERVATIONS. Cancellation policy for Semana Santa. We do not charge for cancellations up to 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Group Bookings, and Reservations over €500.
For bookings of 10 people or more you need to contact us directly by phone or email. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG PARTIES IF YOU ARE ON A STAG PARTY AND DO NOT TELL US WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ADMISSION.
For groups of 10 or more and bookings upwards of €500 we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking.
Invalid cards. If your card is invalid or we are not able to charge 50% we will contact you. If we are unable to resolve the problem we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Group Cancellations. We issue refunds of groups of 10 or more up to TWO weeks before the arrival date.
AGE RESTRICTIONS We have no upper age limit, we welcome young hearted people of all ages. Please be aware that we have no lifts in Caracol or Pirates. Our private rooms in Caracol have mezzanine beds with stairs. Our Roof Top Double and Roof Top Apartment are located on the roof top and as such require climbing stairs.
Minors. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MINORS WITHOUT PARENTS OF GUARDIANS. Parents or guardians traveling with minors are welcome in private rooms. We do not accept minors in dormitory rooms unless you book the whole room for your group.
