Waiver: I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally responsible in the event that the indicated person or association fails to pay any part of these charges, and I agree to vacate the room or rooms by the time indicated. The Hochelaga Inn is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Smoking & Damages: The Hochelaga Inn is a smoke free hotel; any evidence of smoking in the rooms or in the building will result to a $250 room cleaning fee. During your stay, the hotel rooms are filled with furniture that should be treated with care and kept in order. Any found or caused damage needs to be reported to the Front Desk as soon as possible. The guest is financially responsible for any careless damage to the property and it's belongings.
Parking: Our parking lot is limited to 9 spots and is first-come first-served. We do not take reservations for parking, and we are not responsible for any theft or damage to the vehicle and it's belongings. The following are alternate parking options: Sydenham Street (Free but no parking between the hours of 9am-10am & 1pm-2pm), Earl Street (Free but no parking between the hours of 10am-11am & 2pm-3pm) Municipal parking lot across the street that is paid parking Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm. It is free after 5pm weekdays and all weekend. Please contact our front desk shall you have any questions.
Unreturned Keys: Failure to return the key at check-out will result in a $40.00 replacement fee.
