- Our room rates vary depending on availability and are not the same as our base rate. Any discounts, such as for seniors or foreign diplomats, apply to our base rate only.
- We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen cancellation circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for mother nature, flight cancellations or unexpected travel issues.
- The hotel is entitled to effect extraordinary cancellation of the contract for a materially justifiable cause; e.g. force majeure, world crisis or other circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, therefore unable to fulfill the contract. The hotel will have justified cause that use of the hotel’s services might jeopardize the smooth operation of the hotel, its’ security or public reputation, without being attributable to the hotel’s sphere of control or organization. In addition, if the customer facilitates cancellation due to the same circumstance, the customer has no right to compensation either from justified cancellation by the hotel or by self. The hotel will offer credit for a period of no less than one year and do its’ best to accommodate the guest during the preferred time period. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event of said emergency.
