Prices and Taxes
The price of the stay does not include the Tourist Tax (2€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt of paying)
Payments and Terms of Check -in and Check-out
Check ins are from 3pm. Check outs are until 12am.
Payment will be made at check in moment. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, As well as Cash and Bank Transfer.
Because we are a small House, we need the help of our guests to maintain our commitment, not only with our clients, but with all our staff and our small local suppliers. For this reason, we appreciate that stays with values below €120 are paid in cash. Please note that the Tourist Tax must always be paid in cash.
Our schedules
The staff will be in the Guesthouse everyday from 07:45am until 10pm. Reservations with late check in (after 10pm) will be able to access the Guesthouse and their room with a code. This information will be provided 24 hours before the day of the arrival, by email and message/whatsapp.
We have a storage room where guests can leave their bags whenever necessary.
Children policies
We are a family friendly Guesthouse, so children at any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old can stay for free.
We provide baby cribs under availability.

Quiet hours are from 11pm until 7am

There are 3 underground paid parking places next to us in Praça da Figueira, Praça Martim Moniz and Praça dos Restauradores.

Breakages and thefts
In case of breakage of any item in the room, guests must notify the Lisbon Story Guesthouse staff during their stay, so that they can assess the damages.
In case of theft of any object or product from Lisbon Story Guesthouse, the corresponding value of the stolen object or product will be debited from the cards used to make the reservation.
