Prepayment: A prepayment of the total or partial amount of the reservation can be charged at the time of booking, depending on the reservation conditions of the selected tariff(s): Pre-paid rates imply total or partial prepayment at the time of booking. Free cancellation fees do not require any prepayment. Charges for debit/credit cards are made by the payments gateway Stripe (Online payment processing for internet businesses). 

Payment of the Municipal Tax: There will be a city tax  2 EUR  per person and per night which is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. This fee will be charged to all guests from 13 years of age. Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation: The cancellation conditions vary depending on the reservation conditions of the selected tariff (s): Prepaid rates are non-refundable. Free cancellation fees can be canceled at any time without additional costs. 

Important notes: Guests arriving after the check-in date are kindly requested to notify the hotel. If the guest does not show up at the hotel or make any communication until 11:00 hours the day after the expected date of arrival, the Hotel may cancel the reservation and sell the accommodation to a third party. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in and must belong to one of the guests in the room. Upon check-in, an identification card with photo and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests can not be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
