Please note that if you reserve these options you will be staying in an annex building but you are more than welcome to spend time with us in Casa Caracol, and enjoy all of the activities meals and concerts that are on offer.

ACCSESSABILITY. Casa Piratas occupies the first and second floors
Casa Piratas is on the first floor of a two storied old town house located in the barrio del Pópulo, 5 min walk from Casa Caracol (where you check in).
It is situated on Callejón de Los Piratas (hence the name) a small pedestrian side street that links the old and the new Cathedrals and as such is centrally located.
Climbing the stairs (no lift) to the first floor you will find the five double rooms along a long marble floored corridor.
Rooms 1 - 3 are spacious, elegant private rooms with high ceilings, a double bed, a chest of drawers and small desk. They each have an external private bathroom just across the corridor.
Rooms 4 and 5 are smaller but have a handy mezzanine bed up high and a sofa bed and desk down below. These rooms share a common external bathroom with is located just across the corridor.
These rooms have a shared kitchen which is large, bright and well equipped . It serves as a common room. The best feature is the huge shared roof terrace which is full of plants and has a variety of chill out areas.
Roof top Apartment is on the next floor up another flight of stairs (no lift). This is a loft type apartment, open plan with a small bedroom, bathroom and a spacious living room/ kitchenette. It is a singular space with wooden floors and A/C. Popular with young families and international travelers alike. Perhaps not for those looking for a hotel experience. The apartment also has its own private outdoor space with a table and chairs and a sofa tucked away in a quiet corner
Casa Mina, is a newly refurbished apartment in the elegant Mina Neighborhood. The apartment has an open plan design with a double bed and a super comfortable sofa bed and as such can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a well equipped but small kitchen and a stylish bathroom. Located between Plaza Mina and the leafy Alameda, whichever way you come or go you pass by elegant tree lined spaces.

FROM 1st JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER due to high demand the cancellation window is 4 days before your arrival. So please let us know in advance if your plans change.
Carnival Cancellation.
For Carnival reservations we charge 50% upon reservation and the remaining 50% 1 month before your arrival. You can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival but once we charge the remaining 50% no refunds will be issued after this time.
SEMANA SANTA RESERVATIONS. Cancellation policy for Semana Santa. We do not charge for cancellations up to 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Group Bookings, and Reservations over €500.
For bookings of 10 people or more you need to contact us directly by phone or email. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG PARTIES IF YOU ARE ON A STAG PARTY AND DO NOT TELL US WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ADMISSION.
For groups of 10 or more and bookings upwards of €500 we reserve the right to charge 50% upon booking.
Invalid cards. If your card is invalid or we are not able to charge 50% we will contact you. If we are unable to resolve the problem we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Group Cancellations. We issue refunds of groups of 10 or more up to TWO weeks before the arrival date.
AGE RESTRICTIONS We have no upper age limit, we welcome young hearted people of all ages. Please be aware that we have no lifts in Caracol or Pirates. Our private rooms in Caracol have mezzanine beds with stairs. Our Roof Top Double and Roof Top Apartment are located on the roof top and as such require climbing stairs.
Minors. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MINORS WITHOUT PARENTS OF GUARDIANS. Parents or guardians traveling with minors are welcome in private rooms. We do not accept minors in dormitory rooms unless you book the whole room for your group.

Reservation /Annulation Carnaval.
Pour faire une réservation au Carnaval il faut payer une versement de 50% duprix du logement. Pour des annulations en Carnaval vous pouvez annuler jusqu'àun mois avant la date de votre arrivée. Les versements du 50% des frais faitesa moins d'un mois avant la date de l'arrive seront remboursés seulement en casde revendre le lit ou la chambre.
Réservation en groupe,et réservations de valeur plus de €500.
Pour faire une réservation de plus de 10 personnes ou pour faire uneréservation au-dessus de 500€ il faut nous contacter directement par téléphone.Nous réservons le droit de faire payer 50% en avance.
Cartes non valides. Si votre carte n'est pasvalide et nous ne pouvons pas charger le dépôt nous essayerons de vouscontacter. Si nous ne pouvons pas résoudre le problème, nous réservons le droitd'annuler la réservation.
Annulation des réservations des groupes et réservations au-dessusde 500€. Le remboursement des versements pour des groupes de 10personnes ou plus o réservations au-dessus de 500€ se peut faire jusqu'à unesemaine avant le date de l'arrivé.
RESTRICTIONS POUR L'AGENous n'avons pas derestriction pour l'âge avec des adultes, on fait bienvenu les gens jeune decoeur de tous les âges. Il faut remarquer que nous n'avons pas d'ascenseur niau Caracol ni au Pirates. Deux de notre chambres privées au Caracol y Piratesont les lits sur une mezzanine. La chambre "Roof top double" chezCaracol et le "Roof Top Appartement" chez Pirates sont situées sur laterrasse, alors il va falloir monter des escaliers jusqu'à en haute!
Restrictions pour desmineurs. Nousne acceptons pas des mineurs pas escorté par ses parents ou gardien/ gardienne.Les parents ou gardiens/gardiennes avec des enfants sont bienvenus dans notrechambres privées. Nous acceptons seulement des mineurs dans les dortoirspartagés si vous auriez réservé toute la chambre pour votre groupe.
