Check-in: from 15:00. If you arrive before then, you’re welcome to leave your bags in our luggage storage room until check-in begins.
There is a room lockout every day from 10am to 3pm. for the dorm rooms , it does not apply for the private rooms.
We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Please then make sure that you receive the confirmation of your Cancellation/Alteration from us via email.
Please note that we don't accept bookings for groups of more than 25 persons. We also don't accept group bookings for only one night.
Since 2011, Rome city Council has imposed a tourist tax of €3,50 per person per night. We are sorry but this is unfortunately not included in our rates; upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.
We do not provide additional papers for visa applications.
