Agogo Hotel menerapkan kebijakan Dilarang Merokok yang ketat di semua area hotel termasuk kamar dan koridor.
Denda sebesar Rp 500.000/kasus akan dikenakan kepada tamu yang melanggar aturan ini, ditambah biaya tambahan untuk setiap kerusakan yang ditimbulkan.
No Smoking Policy Agreement
Agogo Hotel operates a strict No Smoking policy in all hotel areas including rooms and corridors.
A fine of IDR 500,000/case will be charged to guest who breaks this rule, plus additional charges for any damages caused.
Deposit jaminan wajib akan diminta pada saat check-in, dapat dibayar dengan kartu kredit atau uang tunai. Jumlah deposit adalah Rp 300.000/kamar yang dipesan. Deposit yang tidak digunakan akan dikembalikan pada saat check out.
There is a mandatory security deposit collected during check in, payable by either credit card or cash. The deposit amout is IDR 300,000/room booked. All unused deposit amount will be refunded during check out.
