- To comply with legal, insurance and fire regulations Photo ID is required for all guests to check-in, including UK nationals
- Acceptable photo ID for all includes: passport, national ID or driver's licence. For UK nationals only, any other photo ID such as student card is also acceptable
- Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card & debit card for Standard Rate bookings
- Payment may be taken ahead of arrival for Non-Refundable bookings
- The name of the cardholder MUST match the name on your booking. If there are different names, you must provide us with new card details within 24 hours. If not, your booking will be cancelled
- Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail
- Standard Rate: Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in (12-noon), otherwise the 30% deposit is retained
- Standard Rate: If you do not show up for your reservation ("No Show") the 30% deposit is retained
- Standard Rate: If you check-out early, 30% of the remaining stay is retained
- Non-Refundable Rate: There is no refund available for this type of booking. 100% of the balance will be collected shortly after booking
- Group cancellation: Free of charge up to 3 days per person in the group (e.g. 10 people requires 30 days notice)
- Under 10 years old: Cannot stay in a dorm room; must stay in private room and must be accompanied by an adult guardian
- Under 16 years old: Can stay in a dorm room but must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Or, can stay a private room alone but reservation must be authorised by an adult guardian
- 16 – 18 years old: Can stay in a dorm or private room alone, but reservation must be authorised by an adult guardian
- 18+: No restrictions
- All children, regardless of age, must have their own bed
- Photo ID and proof of age of child
- Photo ID, nationality and ID number (eg passport number), address, email and telephone number of guardian
- Confirmation of authorisation by email
- Confirmation of authorisation by either phone/skype or in-person
- A continental breakfast can be purchased for £5 per day
- Towels rented for £4 on check-in (free exchange)
- Parking can be arranged for £10 per day, based on limited availability
- This is a non-smoking hostel, which means you must exit the building to smoke
