By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with BnA_WALL (the Hotel) that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
ご予約を開始することにより、BnA_WALL (「当ホテル」) がご予約を承った場合に、お客様は以下のご利用規約に従うことに同意したものとします。

• For foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan, we will make a copy of a valid passport in accordance to local regulations upon check in.
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

• 日本国内に住所を持たない外国人の方は、チェックイン時にパスポートをコピーさせていただきます。
• 誤って記載された料金に基づいたご予約については、当ホテルが随時料金の訂正またはご予約のキャンセルを行う権利を有します。その場合にはお客様に直接ご連絡いたします。

• In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow BnA Alter Museum and its agents to collect, use and disclose to any of its related corporations your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering, managing and maintaining your customer relationship with us; (ii) BnA Alter Museum and its affiliates complying with any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements, or request or direction of any governmental authority of any relevant jurisdiction; and (iii) other business related purposes of BnA Alter Museum and its affiliates.• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
• ご予約を開始することにより、お客様は当ホテルおよびその代理業者が、次に挙げる目的でお客様の個人情報を収集、使用、または関連会社に公開することに同意したものとします。(i) 当ホテルとの顧客としての関係の管理、維持 (ii) 当ホテルおよびその関連会社の、適用法、行政または規制上の要件、関連する司法手続を管轄する政府当局からの要請または指示の遵守 (iii) 当ホテルおよびその関連会社のその他の事業に関連する目的。
• 集会やパーティーでのご利用はできません。当ホテルは、客室のご予約人数を超えたお客様については、お引き取りいただく権利を有します。

< General Provisions 一般規約 >
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.• The reservation and the terms and conditions set out here to shall be governed in accordance with the law of Japan.
• ご予約を開始することにより、当ホテルがご予約を承った場合に、お客様は当ホテルのご利用規約に従うことに同意したものとします。
• 提供された情報が事実に反している、または不完全であると当ホテルが判断した場合、当ホテルはその独自の絶対的な裁量により予約をキャンセルすることがあります。
• 当ホテルは、ご利用規約を事前の予告なく随時変更および修正する権利を有します。
• お客様は、当ホテルがご予約を承ったことに関連して発生した一切の負債、損失、損害、コスト、費用を補償し、当ホテルに何らの損害も与えないものとします。
• ホテルが予約をキャンセルした結果としてお客様が負担することになった損失、損害、支出、費用について、当ホテルは責任を負いません。
