The price includes consumption/sales tax 10%.
Kyoto Accommodation Tax is excluded from room rates.

Pursuant with the Kyoto Accommodation Tax, a charge of Accommodation tax per person per night Accommodation Tax will be levied on tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s). Accommodation Tax will be collected at check-in and is payable by cash. 

*The imposition of Kyoto Accommodation Tax shall commence on 1st October 2018.

Payment and Terms at Check-in, Check-out

• Check in times is 16:00-22:00. Early check-in may need extra charge and is subject to availability.
• We may ask for your identity document like passport, resident ID card, driving license etc. for safety and security reason. We may take a copy as record use. 
  

• Check out times is before 11:00. Late check-out may need extra charge and is subject to availability. Late check-out without permission is not allowed.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. We accepts only VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

◎What is a pre-authorization?
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold on a credit card. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.

◎Why is the credit card pre-authorized?
When you provide us a credit card, the pre-authorization guarantees us that your arrival and the funds that are available to pay for any charges incurred.

◎When does the pre-authorization get released from the credit card?
The pre-authorized amount will be released after payment settled at location and this can take up to +10~60 days to reflect in your account.
The pre-authorization fund is not held by the hotel, The pre-authorization fund is held on your card by your own issuing bank. if it takes too long for you to wait, we encourage you to contact your issuing bank to check the release status.

◎When settling the bill upon your arrival, the property only accepts cash in Japanese Yen.

***Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation***

到着日の7日前に宿泊料金全額を事前承認し、クレジットカードの有効性と請求可能限度額を確認させていただきます。当日無断不泊を除く、事前承認してから7日後に自動的に解除されます。
一部カード会社発行によって、事前承認の解除は10-40日以上カード取引履歴に反映されることがあります。Visaデビットカードの場合は翌月に反映されることもあります。
日本円現金を予めご用意をお願い致します。

Payment upon arrival / Advance Payment
Payment method: Cash in Japanese Yen or credit card upon on arrival.

Room Assignment
The property doesn't guarantee consecutive room assignment. Change of rooms is possible during guests stay base on availability.

Age Restriction
0~17+ all ages are welcome.
We welcome families to travel together. If you book a whole room to yourselves, you will have to be responsible for your children’s safety, and that Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi will not take responsibility for any mishaps or accidents that might occur.

Children and Baby Beds
Children under 6 years old are free of charge. 7+ years old will be seen as adult and chargeable.
Baby bed is not available in our property.

Accepting Minors (Not travel with parents)
Minors are not permitted to stay without parental or guardian consent. Minors guests must provide parents or guardian consent. Please contact us before making booking.

Accessibility or Special Needs
Our hotel is 5-storied building which is equipped with an elevator. Some apartment rooms have a step and no slope for wheel chair or baby stroller.

Parking
Public Pay parking is available near Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi. We would not guarantee any space for it.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Damage
Guests are liable for any damage or loss howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) and/or to the property (including furnitures, decoration items, electric appliance, table ware, kitchen ware and any rental items) and/or premises caused by guests or any persons in said guest's party (whether or not staying at the property) during your stay.

Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi as a result of the aforesaid.

Regardless, Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

Dispute Resolution/Problems
All disputes resolution or problems should be conducted in Japan judicial system.

Force Majeure
Kyoto Sanjo Ohashi's liability under this agreement shall be excused if such non-performance is due to: labor difficulties; riots; strikes; governmental orders; epidemics; acts of civil or military authority; war; terrorism, compliance with laws, rules, and regulations and codes adopted after the date of this Agreement; acts of God; civil commotion; or acts of nature for the period of time that such force majeure condition exists.

Cancellation Fee Charge
After confirm cancellation within penalty period, you will be charged the cancellation penalty by credit card you register on Cloudbeds booking website or third-party's website.
