If you cancel within the 7 days or 14 day (for vacation rentals) accordingly of arrival or you do not show, you will not be refunded. We do not move reservations to another date outside the cancellation period.

Update
Yosemite National Park announces reservations requirements for some days in 2025. Reservations will become available on Tuesday, May 6, at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Recreation.Gov.
- May 24 through 26 (Memorial Day Weekend): A reservation is required from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- June 15 through August 15: A reservation is required from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM every day.
- August 30 through September 1 (Labor Day Weekend): A reservation is required from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- May 24 through 26 (Memorial Day Weekend): A reservation is required from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

YOSEMITE HEATH SPA: Is open each day between 3pm and 10pm. A Day Pass is $20 and includes the H2O2 Hot Tub, Hot Rock Sauna and Yoga Room usage. We have Specialty Baths bookable in advance on our website.
JUNE BUG CAFE: Is a highly recommended restaurant that serves Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Trail Lunches to go. All from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and organic foods.The dinner menu changes nightly. The breakfast is daily from 7am to 10am. They make some lovely desserts, beer and wine available and also have some handy trail lunches to go for your hike.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Reception is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. We do not do late arrivals, all arrivals must be here by 11pm The June Bug Cafe and Campfire Amphitheater complex closes at 11:00 pm. Check out time is 10AM for all accommodations.
CREDIT POLICY: Your credit card has been given to us to hold a reservation at the time the reservation was made. This credit card will be charged the full reservation amount 7 days before your arrival and will be non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of a winter storm or regional wildfire, we will not allow cancellation of reservations if ONE highway gives access to our hotel. If Yosemite Valley is not accessible at all for more than one day we will allow cancellations or early departures on consecutive days.
PET POLICY : We have specific designated private rooms and tent cabins that will allow 1 dog per unit for a $60 charge for the duration of the stay . You must select these rooms at time of booking online. If they are not available we cannot accommodate your dog.
PARKING: On this mountainside property you may walk up or down over 500 ft to reach your room or parking. Parking is not in front of your room.
ROLLAWAY BEDS & CHILDREN'S ITEMS : Our rooms do not accommodate rollaway beds. Call in advance for a pac n play or crib. No minor under 16 may occupy a room or hostel dorm bed without an adult.
MULTIPLE ROOMS: When booking on the website it is not guaranteed that your rooms will be near one another. If you wish to have rooms close, you must call and speak to the front desk directly. We do not have connecting rooms, only adjoining rooms.
GROUP POLICY : We consider groups of 12- 19 people to be reservable with a credit card with a two week cancellation or confirmation. For larger groups of 20 or more, we require that you are on a meal plan and contact our group sales person. We will also need an advance guest list, prepayment by 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival, and have a 2 month cancellation policy. All groups must book with groups coordinator, and are booked only under a full package of food and beverage with rooms. See group page for more details and contact information.
