Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. A copy of your photo ID will be taken by the property.

No Smoking inside the rooms a charge of $250 will be charged to you credit card for cleaning  if smoking occurs in the room.

 A $150 bond is required and will be returned upon checking out given there is no damages to the room .

Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 5 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

Please note that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
